Leber started operations as an independent consulting firm in February 1988, providing technical and advisory services in transportation planning and traffic engineering. These technical activities are framed within an overall systems approach to problem solving.
The professional staff is defined by its multi-discipline approach, integrating the skills of civil engineers, transportation planners, geographers and systems engineers, with support from legal and social services by our associate consultants. The group is fully equipped to work on projects in English, French, Basque and Spanish.
Our premises are located in proximity to the main thruway linking our agreeable seaside setting with Bilbao, within easy access to the international airport. Our communications infrastructure is being continuosly upgraded as we maintain professional contacts and exchanges with several institutions, firms, and consultants, in Europe and in the States, in a loose, although highly efficient, network arrangement.
